The Serret museum collections are developed on three floors.
The first recounts the Great War and Resistance in Alsace from 1940 to 1945. Rifles, machine guns and handguns are exhibited next to a beautiful collection of mannequins in full military dress.
On the second floor, the industrial history of the textile and the one of glassware are mixed with collections of stamps and coins and with the pictorial art from local or military artists. It also exhibits the Alsatian headdresses, clothing and religious objects, weights and measures, as well as excavated objects.
In the attic, the visitor will discover a dental practice from 1895, a shoe repairer, a bistro and its zinc, the cooper tools, a still and distiller objects, farm and marcairie objects, a clog maker. One can also see winter sports objects: skis, toboggans and sleds. It also exhibits fire equipments and a classroom from 1900 with its blackboard, wooden benches, writing slates and inkwells.
