Description
Thur rises at Rainkopf (1050 m) and crosses the valley of Saint-Amarin, fed by numerous waterfalls cascade down the mountain slopes. Ranked first class fish, this river has an outstanding brown trout population in the delight of anglers. It has hosted such events in the world championship of fly fishing in 2002.
